One-off English to Bahasa Malaysia Translation (and Vice Versa)

The translation services will be carried out by our team of former and experienced legal practitioners. In undertaking the translations, reference will be made to authoritative sources including myLaw Dwibahasa, CLJ Glossary, Istilah Bahasa Malaysia, and other relevant materials.

 

Our fees and expenses are determined based on the required turnaround time and the number of pages to be translated. We currently quote RM27.00 per page for a turnaround period of one (1) day (next-day delivery), and RM21.00 per page for a turnaround period of three (3) days or more.

We provide English to Bahasa Malaysia translation (and vice versa) for the following legal documents and cause papers:

 

  1. Statement of Claims;

  2. Defences;

  3. Counterclaims;

  4. Affidavits;

  5. Submissions;

  6. Writs;

  7. Originating Summons;

  8. Notice of Applications;

  9. Memorandum of Appeals;

  10. Arbitration Pleadings;

  11. Contracts;

  12. Agreements; and

  13. Others.

First Time Customers

Please take note that we are currently offering a trial period of 10 pages free of charge for our first time customers prior to any engagement to ensure our customers are happy and satisfied with our services before proceeding to commit for any package. This shall be verified with the name of the lawyer signing the agreement with us.

Monthly Translation Package

We provide English to Bahasa Malaysia translation (and vice versa) for the following legal documents and cause papers:

  7. Originating Summons;

  8. Notice of Applications;

  9. Memorandum of Appeals;

  10. Arbitration Pleadings;

  11. Contracts;

  12. Agreements; and

  13. Others.

The translation services will be undertaken by our team of former and experienced legal practitioners. In carrying out the translations, reference will be made to recognised and authoritative sources, including myLaw Dwibahasa, CLJ Glossary, Istilah Bahasa Malaysia, and other relevant materials.

 

We offer the following fixed monthly fee packages, each subject to a two (2)-day turnaround period:

• RM5,000.00 for up to 300 pages
• RM10,000.00 for up to 600 pages
• RM15,000.00 for up to 1,000 pages
• RM20,000.00 for up to 1,500 pages
• RM25,000.00 for up to 2,000 pages

​

Each package shall be valid for a period of thirty-one (31) days from the date of the agreement between the legal practitioner or legal firm and us. The package may be renewed upon expiry, subject to any revision of the applicable fixed monthly fee.
